So I'm kind of excited to read some good news - though a bit hopful it will change - let me explain... I homeschool our daughter and use Verticy - via Clavert schools - a homeschool curriculum that has been around for a LOOOOONG time! - but - They only went up to the 8th grade. - So I find out today that Calvert School will be working with the National Connections Academy so that there is an 8th grade and beyond! ~ Now from what I understand, ( my husband's cousin has her son in Connetions Academy ), Connections Academy, is homeschooling that works directly with the public schools in your area. - This is good, in that it gives people more flexibility, and that it is also accredited ( just like Calvert and Verticy ), and goes all the way through 12th grade! - as lots of homeschools do not. - but - I, ( and I'm not alone ), would LOVE to see Calvert and Verticy have their own curriculum that goes through the 12th grade. - We have some time before we get there, so we'll see - maybe they will by the time we are ready to cross that perverbial bridge. :)
